Description

1. Features
  • 22Cr-12Ni stainless steel rutile type, acid flux-cored wire.
  • Suitable for welding dissimilar steels (Austenite/Ferrite).
  • Suitable for welding of base materials that are not easy to heat treatment after welding.
  • Good heat and oxidation resistance below 1100℃.
  • Good resistance to sulfide corrosion.

2. Applications
  • Welding of stainless steel for petroleum and chemical equipment.
  • Welding of stainless steel and low-alloy steel, cast steel, non-alloy steel, and heat-resistant steel.
  • Heat-resistant oxidation treatment for waste incinerators and pulverized coal burners.
  • Welding of glass forming equipment, power boiler pipes, rotary kilns and sintering machines.
