Description

1. Features
  • Hard surfacing material containing chromium carbide.
  • Metal cored flux cored wire of high chromium cast iron series used for hard faced structural parts, which are subject to severe wear and medium impact of the machine.
  • Primary carbides and eutectic carbides of M7C3 type are formed in austenitic matrix.

2. Applications
  • Hard surfacing of vertical mill roller and mill disc.
  • Hardfacing of wear-resistant composite steel plate.
  • Surfacing welding on mining ore crushing, crushing teeth and coke crushing equipment.
  • Surfacing strengthening of mud pump and pipeline conveying equipment.
