1. Hard facing welding in Water-Wall
Water-wall is an important equipment in thermal power generation. As the main heating part of furnace, it is easy to be corroded by mixed gas during combustion.
The corrosion resistance of water-wall can be improved by hard facing welding. The two kinds of hard facing welding wires produced by our company can solve the water-wall corrosion on different application conditions and improve the lifetime.

◆ Welding wire NO.:  ALLOY-625
     Apply to biological and refuse burning power plants. After hard facing welding，the lifetime is generally 8~10 years.
◆ Welding wire NO.:  ALLOY-818
   Apply to pulverize coal boiler and Circulating fluidized bed power plant. After hard facing welding，the lifetime is generally 3~5 years

2. Metal matrix ceramic material casting application
Metallurgical bonding of ceramic particles with air-cooled hardened steel. This material has excellent toughness and durability, as well as excellent wear- resistance.

3. Ceramic lining pipe
Ceramic lining pipes are used for transport pulverized coal and combustion dust, which work in a high wear and high temperature environment.
Our company uses ceramic rings instead of ceramic chips to improve the bonding strength with the matrix and further improve the overall wear-resistance of pipes.
